How many t-shirts do I need for a quilt?
The number of shirts depends on the size of the quilt you choose. A Lap size requires 16 shirt sides, a Twin requires 24, a Full requires 30, a Queen requires 42, and a King requires 64.
What parts of the shirt can you use?
We can use any part of the shirt that has a design, including the front, back, or even sleeves. We cut each shirt into a 12x12 or 14x14 inch square to ensure a uniform and high-quality finish.
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your shirts at our production facility, it typically takes 3-5 weeks to handcraft your custom quilt and ship it back to your door.
What material is used for the quilt backing?
We use high-quality, ultra-soft PolarTec fleece for the backing of our quilts. It is durable, cozy, and available in a variety of colors to match your style.
Can I include other items like jerseys or sweatshirts?
Yes! We can incorporate jerseys, sweatshirts, tech shirts, and even tank tops. As long as the material can be cut into our standard square sizes, it can be part of your memory quilt.
What is your return policy for custom quilts?
Because each quilt is custom-made using your personal shirts, we cannot offer returns. However, if there is a craftsmanship defect, we will work with you to repair or replace the item to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
